RAM will be the cause of the end of my Vodacom partnership

Terrible experience. At first, my Vodacom upgrade could not be delivered due to me not having my i.d book upon presentation. My drivers license did not suffice. Rescheduled delivery to today, however made contact to confirm that unfortunately I seem to have lost my i.d - only to be told by the online chat assistant to expect delivery only after yet another day, as apparently the depot is busy with stock take today. What the heck? By the way, the online assistant is not friendly at all and clearly not equipped to answer in full sentences - go figure. If you are not willing to deliver today and accept my driver's license, Vodacom can cancel my contracts altogether as I do not see the point in supporting a network who partners with an inferior service provider.

Yes, that is correct. Subsequent to the awful experience with RAM, I made contact with Vodacom to have the upgrade cancelled along with my Vodacom contract which I have had for many years, and further intention to cancel my second Vodacom contract, therefore it is to be expected that they would request to have the parcel returned. I guess there is a price attached to delivering good or bad customer service after all. My contribution might be small and seemingly insignificant for an industry giant, but I won't be the first or the last to rather go where my business is valued.
