Ram where is my package?

I have been waiting for 3 days for Ram courier to msg me and let me know when i would be receiving my package from vodacom it is for a birthday this weekend when you email them they don't respond when you call them they don't answer i have wasted R700 airtime calling and holding at there Usando branch this service is pathetic and i would not use or recommend it to any person.
