RAM what a joke
We ordered a Powerflex online. They don't advise a person to be there in person to receive the contract as it needs to be RICA'd so no one else can accept it on your behalf. You phone Vodacom and they send you from one person to the next as they don't deal with it etc. I spoke to 10 different people. RAM said they can't even find my address on google and have been sending it out to an incorrect address in Isando which is nowhere near Boksburg. They refuse to assist and no way I can get hold of the correct person
