RAM VS VODACOM for Poor Service Delivery!!!

It seems that once again RAM Couriers/ Vodacom Upgrades failed!! Delivery info was set during my leave period where the product was not available from VODACOM. Eventually RAM delivers but as i am already back at work, the delivery address was changed to my work address. Having waited 3 weeks already, it would seem that neither Ram nor Vodacom re too concerned about the delay in getting this parcel delivered... it has taken a full week only for RAM to confirm delivery is not possible today as promised telephonically on Friday!!! So i wait with baited breathe to see if their promised Priority delivery will in fact reach me before 10:30 tomorrow. This is beyond poor service - Both RAM Couriers and Vodacom!!
