RAM USING MOMENTUM AS THEIR PENSION FUND SERVICE PROVIDER...

I write this with a heavy heart. My baby daddy worked for RAM for years. He was shot and sadly died on the spot. He had a pension fund insurance with MOMENTUM. After the funeral RAM disclosed everything and told us how to claim since momentum is the pension fund service provider. All this happened May 2022. Today it's the 6th December the kids haven't gotten their father's pension fund. RAM is not communicating or checking the claim process with MOMENTUM as their provider instead they don't even care what this kids are eating or serving on. We have to call and run after momentum's bad service alone. I just have a question. So because the deceased is no more to serve the company anymore you have to treat his kids like this? Like he never added value to your company? I'm pleading with RAM to take action with regards to this claim. 8 kids are left behind by the deceased and all mothers of minors are unemployed the deceased was financially and emotionally involved in raising his kids now the kids are suffering. RAM is this how you treat the family of those who were in your cycle working very hard to render service with passion? So you have now forgotten the hard work and sacrifices that Paulo did for the company?
