RAM useless and ***********
I have a parcel that DHL handed over to RAM, first they try to deliver after hours, when nobody was available, then the next day they couldn't find the place of delivery. After spending most of the afternoon on the phone still no joy from RAM. Call agents can't even speak properly or repeat the tracking nr provided. Telephone nr was incorrect. This service is really pathetic.
