Ram Unsuccessful Delivery

I received an sms about my parcel this morning around 9Am that it was out for delivery from Pietersburg and after that I haven’t received an sms or Call. Then later in the afternoon I tracked my parcel and it showed “NON delivery - re attempt delivery” How?because I did not receive any call from you and I was close to my phone all day.

I do not understand and I need the parcel urgently this is really inconveniencing me🥲
