RAM UNRELIABLE, BAD SERVICE

So after waiting the whole weekend for a parcel not being deliver as specialy promised, tomorrow i am back at work the parcel had to be delivered to my workplace on friday, but after allot of phonecalls i had to change the adress with specail premision to my home adress as the package was suppose to be delivered on Saturday. Being at work tomorrow i will have to drive home specially for this ram package as i am not going through the intense address change.

Thank you ram for capturing my delivery address incorrectly at first, then waiting 3 more days for the package to be delivered due to your fault. Package was never delivered and after phoning vodacom there was a special agreement made by department heads to do a saturday delivery. Never showed up.

I still want your department head or supervisors to phone me personally and inform me what are they going to do, i do not want any empathy or excuses or wven hear the words we are sorry......
