RAM Unreliable

Good day I ordered a parcel last which was shipped out on Tuesday. The seller indicated it was overnight delivery. Today, Thursday noticed that the parcel was still in another city. I emailed Ram to follow up but received no response. I then contacted them on the online chat but the person wasn't helpful and ended the chat when I asked for his managers name. I then called and was on the line for about 10 minutes before I got an answer, I was then put in hold while the agent checked up my order. 8 minutes later they was no response and I ended the call. I called again and again I waited for 10 minutes and the agent said they will transfer my call to another branch, and they was no answer. RAM is so unhelpful and unresponsive. My order left the transit destination this morning and they said it will only get to my destination 24 hours later when its only an 8 hour journey. I even offered to pick up the order from the warehouse and they are not getting back to me regarding this. I need an urgent response as I require the parcel by tomorrow morning.
