Ram unprofessional service!

Angry and upset would be an understatement, honestly! I ordered an item on Steve Madden on the 27th of November and days later I got an SMS with my tracking number. I went ahead to track my parcel and my parcel was meant to be delivered on the 02 of December, till this day nothing. I tried to call Ram offices, nothing. The strange part is that when I keep on tracking my parcel it says “out for delivery” but still nothing. Very unprofessional service.
