RAM Unprofessional and full of Lies

Hi On monday 30/03/2020 I received an sms from Ram to say my RAIN Sim card will be delivered it was around 8am.At 10 am I received a call from the driver who will be doing the delivery saying I must answer my phone and keep the documents ready.Around 12 am he called again asking for the directions ok I assisted it seemed like he didnt even know where he was I explained and even had my brother trying to tell him where he must come because he wasn't that far but you could tell that he wasn't interested and he said he will call me back and it was so confusing because he also has my location on GPS and I couldn't understand because even if you are lost you will go 2 my next door.After 3 pm I received a call from RAM Head office asking me about my address I told the lady that I was speaking to that it is the correct address n I told him about the guy that I dont think he will come she said she will call him.I tracked my parcel and it was on consignment to be delivered before the lady called after her call it went back to in the hub and as I tracked it said wrong delivery address which is a lie. Yesterday 31/03/2020 I received another SMS from RAM to say out for delivery and my delivery was not made when i checked delivery tracker it said out for delivery it was around 2.I called RAM and no answer i think it's a call centre.After 4 I checked the parcel tracker again it said in the hub delivery to ne attempted. Please Hello Peter assist because I need that sim card very urgently. I'm unable to work due to RAM being unprofessional
