RAM U Guys Are Pathetic and Liers

After upgrading my Vodacom contract online I was informed on Monday that my new cellphone will be delivered to my Home address on Wednesday(today) as indicated on my online upgrade. I work on different locations so i gave my home address as delivery so i decided to take a days leave to ensure i'm here when the delivery is made which never happened. I also just checked on RAM's website and to my amazement the tracking status has changed from \OUT FOR DELIVERY IN CPT"to \""RAMMobile NonDelivery\"" and then \"" UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN CPT - C-CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE. \"" <br> WHAT TOTAL BS. I contacted my Complex Security guys and they confirmed that there was NO courier company here today to deliver any packages to anyone including me. <br> The first call i made to you at 4pm was put on hold for 10 minutes as the lady told me she wanted to contact the driver. The call was disconnected after 10 min. The second call the lady was going to call the driver and call me back"
