RAM to NOWHERE COURIERS!!!!!

I think they should rename their business RAM to NOWHERE COURIERS!!!!! I have been waiting for a parcel from Vodacom since Monday.... 6 phone calls a 3 emails later, still nothing. I have repeated my delivery address and contact number to them several times. And it seems they still can't get it right. This is beyond frustrating. I just chatted to a Vodacom employee who told me they are always receiving complaints form customer about RAM COURIERS! And they are still using them as a preferred delivery supplier... WHY!
