Ram to late

Terribly poor durban branch. From receptionist to delivery guy. 05/02/19 answering phones take forever then been bounced around from receptionist to customer care only to be helped by same person. Called at 4:45 to receptionist I know they close at 5 she says she gotta put me through to customer care when she helped me earlier but left it to see where it goes. Left me listening to music till 5 then call cut. Recieved a call from delivery guy at 5:30 saying his outside my place, talking more we figure out his his at another address funny though theres no other road name like mine in that area and he says gps took him there. I asked for his name where he quickly said he will call the office (remember office is closed) to see if can deliver to my area cause it's not his area. I tried calling back no answer and no reply from him since. Btw my address was a 5 minute drive away from where he was.
