RAM - THE WORST HAND TO SO CALLED HAND DELIVERY

I live on a farm in Oudtshoorn Rural Development which is a farming community. RAM is so dof they keep on sending the poor drivers to Prins Albert. I held on for 45 minutes before a rued person answered the phone and then disconnected me. They do not care about their employees as they do not care that this person has to travel from George via Oudtshoorn and right past my farm to Prins Albert because they do not update their data on their system.
