RAM - The worst hand to hand delivery company

What a load of BS....

Most likely the worst hand to hand delivery company... Why Vodacom uses them, i will never understand...

RAM can not follow delivery instruction... They have no customer service.... When they mess up, they put you on hold for 30min or cut your call... There supervisors have no idea whats happening between departments... There Driver take all the stress for office mistakes...

And when you try to follow up and cant even call you back...

Once again the worst service I have ever had to deal with.

Waiting since the 16th for a delivery... They messed up and don't even have the service to apologize. Have been home the whole day today, 20th (3rd day they say they will deliver) and no delivery or phone call.. Yet on "track my delivery" they say home contact not available.... Load of BS... even called then to ask if they are and they said yes...???

Make you wonder why companies like this have the market... not because of service....

Think the SA postal service will be better than RAM...
