Ram the 2 week delivery company
I have changed my adress telling them i dont work always work in the same location everyday then they say we will deliver the sim the next day only to sit and wait the whole day for the delivery.
Call them then they say it never went out for delivery this is been going on for 2 weeks im tired of waiting and calling i spent more than 50 rand just calling them just to get promiced that it will come then it doesnt. U are waisting my time.

27 May 2020, 12:47Were the duck is my package whats the point of calling u people u making promises u cant keep. The help desk is useless customer service is useless csncel my package u explain to rain why they ate loosing customers because of *** service

27 May 2020, 16:59RAIN04-***3 i want my package today no more waiting u people are pathetic. Or cancel it and i reccoment everybody cancel your packages. These people dont care about service.
I hope everyone reads this and its gets posted on social media because of a pathetic company that cant keep promices i have to sit at home waiting i have sen about 30 mails called about 10 times complaining waited teo weeks and i get told sim will come tomorrow and guess what a buch of ***** i will make this a big deal i will post it on social media and shame everybody involved in ignoring me and my request i hope u assholes get fired for being a buch of pathetic ***** and ja broers.
I have been asking to speak to a manager and i am being refused this is the service u get i needed my package today i ha e neen dighting rhe whole day to get it here and now once again for the 5 or 6th time im told tomorrow.
