RAM tells Lies

RAM hand to hand couriers, the service is disgusting and they tell lies. I was expecting a delivery and working from home at the moment I was home the entire day. Only to receive a notification that delivery was unsuccessful due to contact not being available. What a LIE!!! First trying to follow up through email without a response and then phoning to be cut-off every time I am being put on hold is disgusting
