RAM & SWATCH BAD SERVICE
Horrible Horrible service I have been waiting more than a week for a parcel I ordered from Swatch for a birthday present. They promise to phone before delivery, don’t phone then deliver to wrong address. Why SWATCH watches uses RAM is bad business for them. NEVER AGAIN. When I queried with SWATCH they just say they can’t get through to RAM so they will mail them. My daughter’s birthday is today 15/12 I ordered the watch on 04/12 NO WATCH what must i say to my daughter now?
