RAM suffersto deliver a simple parcel

I have been waiting for a week for RAM to deliver a parcell from Vodacom.Every day they send me an sms with the wrong adress. I have spoken to them, written to them to ensure the proper delivery address, but every day they continue to sms the wrong adress, so delivery is not possible,I assume they make use of illiterate bee people to try and do this job as they can not read, write or understand simple instructions.So, i am still waiting for my stuff.I have now given up on this BAD delivery company> Stay away from RAM, bee is ****ing the RSA!!!!!
