Ram sucks, if you want happy customers use an alternative delivery company
Not even sure how to express my disappointment with RAM hand to hand courier.
Better communication could actually make your bad service more tolerable.
Your call centre is also useless when it comes to tracking the status of your package. Package already being late, I spoke to Amy, as she mentioned that my package should actually have been delivered today, however, they made a mistake by not including it this morning for delivery, so now all I see is my parcel is being prepared for the delivery route (ALL DAY) ---- WHAT A PREPARATION ey...
Amy mentioned she will try and get it delivered today, but needs to contact CPT hub to confirm if they have any vehicles available (I am in the CBD, so distance is not an issue)... she promised this is not a guarrentee, so thats ok :) but she will let me know in 15 minutes if she was successful or not...
No response... 1 hour later...
I called again, some random dude picked up, and he saying no their is a fault with my package and they need to speak to the source... so now I am like oh... great...
However, no communication whatsoever.
If you do need a courier service #$@% Ram :)
I made 3 calls today, one was before 9, then after 9 then at 12.
The earlier calls confirmed, package will be delivered today, there will be an additional delivery vehicle at 12 that will deliver my package.
At 12, they say it's already too late, as there is no delivery vehicles... now what? My problem....
Cool so the lovely lady said she will get someone from cape town hub to call me back...
Let's see if this happen, if not I'll keep everyone posted.
Oh and FYI, the reply above, Keenan promised they will call me back... 3 months later still no callback.
