#ram #ramhandtohandcouriers #ramcouriers Friend I have just experienced the worst possible courier service from ram....I ordered a parcel for delivery to me in Paradise Beach in Jeffrey's Bay and they send the parcel to a building complex Paradise Beach in Landebaan.....I received a call from them on Friday asking if I had received the parcel, to which I told them that I spoke to the driver and explained he was at the wrong place and they assured me I will receive my parcel on Monday. Today been Monday I received a tracking sms about my parcel however I cannot track it online so I phoned them and after 30 minutes I am told the parcel was still in the warehouse in Cape Town and still non the wiser as to when I am going to get my parcel......If I never phoned, my parcel would eventually end up back at the suppliers and then they would assume I do not want my order. Ram service sucks never have to suffer what I am experiencing and my business is also suffering through Ram **** service....Ram management will not talk to the customer as they hide behind their staff backs and cannot take the pressure of bad service yet they carry on in their position and continue with bad service.....RAM SUCKS next time I order something online I will insist on another courier company or purchase through Takealot who have the best service. #rammustfall
