Ram Sucks.

So, Yesterday I went out shopping and received a call from one of the courier guy's saying they outside my gate, I asked them to please come back later as I'm out shopping and I didn't even receive notification that they are on their way to deliver, I got home and called the Ram company and asked for them to deliver, I was then advised that they would deliver after 5pm or the next day and I agreed, I waited until 8pm just to see no one arriving to deliver and supposed that they will deliver next day, I phoned this morning just to hear my p****l has not been dispatched for delivery today... *** all these other smaller courier companies are way better and committed to what they do... Big companies should give them a chance and use their excellent services to provide peace and comfort to the customers. I'm absolutely disappointed in Ram.
