RAM stuffs up a delivery YET AGAIN, and delivery staff has no manners at all

A very important package was suppose to be delivered to me today after 15:30 (I actually asked my boss to leave a little bit earlier to make sure that I was on time to receive my package). I specifically told them to come after 15:30 as I'm not home before that being at work. At 14:45 a black lady with no manners rocks up at my home, gives my wife the lip and leaves with my package without saying a single word or even getting out of the vehicle.

When I got home and phoned them round about 15:30, I get told by the operator at customer services that they contacted the driver and that the driver told them he is not turning back as they have left the area, and they also did not read the instruction on the waybill about the specific delivery times.

This is pathetic service to say the least. This is not the first time, as December my contract was cancelled due to RAM not knowing where my work address was.

I do not give a damn if it is 12 at night, but I want my package today
