RAM stole my parcel

Sent a parcel via PAXI which was rejected at the destination point due to "damage" (contained clothing so lets read this as looting as those bags are strong). Item sent 14 September and despite many calls/emails/messages and many promises of "tomorrow" ........ Its now four days past its last delivery date and still no show and NO communication from either company. RAM has the parcel, PAXI is the service provider, I am the person spending time and resources trying to locate my property despite paying for the service.
