RAM stinking service...never deliver!

Ram is an unprofessional and inconvenience to the rest of the world! I am a victim of the pathetic service they give to poeple. Waiting for over a week for your parcel to be delivered, the maximum waiting for delivery period is 72 hours!!! How ridiculous can this people get. They never phoned to apologise for any inconvenience caused. I am sick of this bad service. I have to pay for a contract that is NOT in my possession. Well Ram will pay! I will not pay for something that im not using! These people are basically *****'s! My second week without my device. I'll make sure no one in my company uses Ram...Ever!
