RAM - Stay away from this courier at all costs!

RAM Courier is by far the worst courier company. Dishonest. Unrealiable. Slow.

We've been waiting for 10 days now for an important delivery from Joburg to Franschhoek. No notification on day of deliery was sent. Then we see on their tracking site that the driver tried to contact us (bland lie) and didn't find anyone at home (bland lie). No RAM Courier is on our gate camera, which records everyone by the gate.

Called the hotline, they say that the courier couldn't get hold of me because my number was wrong. So I phone the sender and he sends me a screenshot of the waybill with the correct number.

RAM - Stay away.
