RAM slow collections

I booked a parcel Sunday evening. No collection Monday or Tuesday. I just contacted ram via their chat msg, they said 'Unfortunately the courier could not collect due to having excessive collections and deliveries yesterday' and what about Monday ? was he too busy to collect my parcel as well.

I waited at home Monday and Tuesday, this is very unfair . my client is also enquiring why it has not been shipped, this is also unfair on them. seems I be waiting at home all day again for ram. poor service from your company. I do not get this service from other courier companies. they usually collect same day or next.
