Ram should notify in advance regarding delivery requirements! And, Thabo from Ram PE is SO arrogant.

I was not notified in advance that the Ram courier would need proof of address and an ID document (driver's licence not allowed!). I cannot find this information on the Ram website, and the phonecall received from RAM on the day of delivery was entirely silent regarding this. So, the driver Thabo from Port Elizabeth Ram took much pleasure in telling me about this requirement for the first time while I stood in the pouring rain as he sat in his delivery vehicle. I don't carry proof of residence with me, so was unable to comply. It is NOT acceptable to fail to notify clients in advance, of this unusual requirement!
