RAM should not be in business
F#ckin useless... Nothing more to say. 4th time that I am battling to get a delivery out of them. They have the wrong address and somehow is now becomes my problem. they are delivering my router at and address that i last stayed in November 2020. When I said this to them, they ask me when will i be available at that address.. uhm I just told you I don't stay there anymore.
Then the guy tells me I can arrange to meet the driver somewhere, and the Manager tells me that they are not allowed to have meeting points? come on, why change your stories???
Pathetic. I have never had such bad service, and the worst of all is, i have this with all my RAM deliveries.. No one has anything good to say about them.

Please note that the we used the address that we got from Rain and that is were we attempted delivery.
Should you require for us to deliver at a different address either than the one provided by the sender, you will need to take it up with them.
We have already received a request to change the delivery address to Pat Hinde - Toyota. Once the amendments have been made, we will dispatch the parcel for delivery on the next delivery date.

Maybe you must all either lie the same lie or get your protocols in order. I work for a Big company, and I can promise you if I had provided my customers with such services, I wouldn't have had a job.
