Ram should just close down

Appalling service. Been waiting for my order since last week nothing till now. The driver **** about an unavailable address / contact number on the app, whereas he couldn't complete his deliveries (according to Lebohang). They've never had issues bringing my deliveries before, suddenly they "can't reach me". Got a WhatsApp from them about the failed delivery, on the very same number I was told was not available! Called them (Lebohang) 3 times already (Saturday, Monday and today) and was told that that was head office. Still no dispatch message received.
