Ram should be renamed to No hand to No hand Couriers - Useless
The most useless and inept courier company ever. Parcel due to be delivered Monday - RAM informed that I was unavailable but arrived anyway. Rescheduled for Tuesday. No arrival because they were calling the incorrect number even though I had confirmed the correct number. 4 phone calls and promises to resolve because " this is our fault" but nothing. Informed RAM that i would not be home on wednesday and guess what - delivery made on wednesday and no one to collect. Courier still has wrong number. They are utterly useless and do not follow through on commitments to deliver, commitments to call back or anything. Please use anyone else but RAM.
