Ram? Should be called tortoise
Placed an order from a shop on 14th of the month, informed I would get it by 16th, courier message states failed collection from shop, they tried collecting just after 18:00 hrs, stupid company, sent messages and even tried live chat, no response so phoned them get through and told "Sorry for the inconvenience" NOT GOOD ENOUGH,
