ram shambles couriers

Oh my word, where do I start?. I ordered a Rain sim card on the 21st April 2020, ram received the parcel a day after and they have not yet delivered it to me. I've taken this up with Rain and they keep saying that they have escalated this to ram, ram has the nerve of sending me texts everyday to say that they will deliver and nothing comes. I have tried numerous time to call them using my own airtime and could not get through to anyone for any hour and a half now. Their Livechat service is absolute shambles, a person replies after 10 min saying nothing helpful, no professionalism whatsoever. I have never seen a service so bad in my life, I am have missed out on 8 days of the new month but Rain will bill me from the 1st of the month.
