Ram Services in East London

Ram is bull****ing, i have been waiting for my parcel since Friday 4th instant.. I tracked my parcel and phoned them for follow up...was adviced it will be delivered on Monday 7th instant... Received another email saying my parcel is out for delivery to no avail again, third email received on the 8th instant, phoned and advised to phone at 13:00 one of the consultant will make a follow on the driver's. Phoned at 13:00 a different lady answered and said my parcel will be delivered tomorrow (same thing I have been hearing over and over). Agreement I had with the company I ordered my parcel from latest day is Tuesday 8th instant.. I had moved and rescheduled my meetings to Wednesday 9th instant and I'm not changing anything thereof. The offlate service I'm getting is reaalllly iritating. Ram in East London you need to wake up or rehire competent candidates
