Ram service is nonsense, would not recommend

My husband and I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered to us, the parcel was sent by the sender on the 26th of October and we understood they wouldn't deliver on a weekend, now this whole week we have been waiting patiently. I stayed home the whole week waiting for this package and honestly it's just utter BS. Their service is absurd and honestly they should probably close down. This is actually the 4th time I am experiencing this and just needed to write a review now. I am writing this holding on a phone call for a supposed manager or supervisor to assist me and it's a been 20 minutes now. All I can say is their service is nonsense.
