Ram service is bad

RAM called me to schedule a pickup of a laptop for a warrentee claim. I requested a reschedule 4 days before so that I can backup my data and format my machine. The day before the orginal pickup I had a missed call from them. I tried to call back that day and the following to hear what it is about. I was told by the call centre that the warehouse will call me back to tell me why they were looking for me. Never got a response back on the 4 calls. Then they pitched fot the pickup on the original date and I was not there. I called vack the next day to reconfirm thd resheduled date. Again the call centre confirm tracking number and request to the warehouse. The next day, I called again to hear where they are and again the call centre promossed to email the warehouse for a confirmation. No response. No laptop. Companies like this deserve to lose business to competitors.
