RAM Service during Covid-19 Lockdown

The worst courier service i have ever experienced in SA.

I sent a mail to *** requesting for my parcel NOT to be delivered on specified days and they still attempted to deliver. Than i requested for my phone number to be changed on the system and even called several times to ensure that my request has been done and they still sent the driver to deliver with the wrong information.

In the end my parcel never got to be delivered. THANX FOR NOTHING!
