Ram Service

Yesterday a package was send to Kimberley via Ram. The package arrived at 3:00 and it shows 2019-12-23 15:30 KIM OUT OF CONTAINER IN Kimberley. it never went out Ram assistant contact my mom and told her that the package will be delivered today 24/12/2019 while I paid for a same day delivery. They decided by them self to avoid the same day delivery option. ( I want my refund) I phone today numerously to follow up just to find out they are waiting for a Upington courier to come and deliver the package it is 12:40 know and still the package is with them not delivered. The service I received is really unacceptable they do not phone you back to say sorry for the delay of the package not yet delivered. If my package is not delivered today I will take this matter further.
