RAM sends back my parcel to JHB without attempting to make a delivery

I am so DISSAPOINTED in RAM services. Rain couried my parcel with them. I have been tracking it till it got to Cape Town yesterday morning 20.04.2020. At 2:12 my same day my parcel was sent back to JHB, while i did not even receive a notification and no delivery took place as I am home on lock down. I've been making numerous unsuccessful calls, sending mails and posts on Facebook. I have paid RAIN for uncapped data as i am working from home and this is really inconveniencing me as I cannot work. Thanks to RAM!!!! I need an explanation for this..........
