RAM security is ***** !!! I don't feel safe

I am extremely concerned by the level of professionalism within the RAM company. I received my vodacom package on the 19th May 2021, not happy with my order I requested for collection. I received a call on the 20th May 2021 from RAM that my parcel will be collected. The courier guy took a while but kept checking in to see if I was available. He arrived just before 12:54 on the 20th May and collected the parcel. He handed me the receipt/page with all my information and Waybill order number. On the 21st May 2021 I got a call from the RAM contact center asking if they can collect the device and they have no knowledge of sending out someone to collect my device. Very concerned at this point because a RAM representative with a branded vehicle and full uniform came to my house to collect the device and now I am being asked stupid questions and told that they have no record of it being collect!!!

The WayBill number on the form belongs to a collection in Bloemfontein but the form has all my details on it!!!! its ****** concerning that our personal information is being misused. If these people are ******** how do they know that we had a order to be collected ? Who is giving them information??? I spent my entire Friday calling various agents who are telling me the same BS "your order number is incorrect!, we did not send anyone to collect" then who the hell came to my property as a RAM rep, with a branded car, knew that I had a parcel, had all my details ???? Its ridiculous... I have 3 references now!!! with almost no information on it.

I can already sense that RAM is trying to shift the blame because up until now no one can tell me what's going on? I was promised that I'll receive emails and follow ups and the day ended on Friday without any further communication.

I don't feel safe!!! how safe is our information with RAM?? I want answers RAM!! WHERE IS THE PARCEL RAM - I will be damned if I will be held liable for your negligence... Respect our personal information.
