RAM same day lies, on time lies, every time

Waiting for more than a week foe delivery... that even after I emailed them(Sharaaz) to make sure they have the right info... still full of excuses & lots of stories... was promised it will reach me 2day... just to find out from Jasin that parcell never even left their premises and not even given to the driver to deliver... parcell must be delivered 2day cause I told them that I am ill and going for surgery 2mrw... going to take it now further than Hello Peter... so everyone can see wat service is given at RAM
