Ram repeatedly fails to deliver on time

This is now the second time in as many times with Ram that, on their next day delivery service, they have failed to deliver next day in spite of the package going out for delivery on the expected morning. Each time I have phoned through and been told that the driver experienced an unavoidable delay and that the package would be delivered the following week instead. In addition to this, the first time it occurred the driver insisted that I take delivery of the package prior to the requested time, resulting in me needing to leave work early - following which they completely failed to show up.<br> <br> To say that I have been unimpressed with their service would be an understatement and in future I intend to avoid purchasing from retailers which make use of their services due to the continual hassles it has brought about - in both cases on time sensitive deliveries.
