RAM refuses to let me collect my parcel

You have refused to let me collect MY OWN PARCEL

Your whatsapp portal says delivery will be re-attempted as I had a medical emergency with my child at 11am and had to rush to a doctor LIE

Agent says delivery will NOT be re-attempted despite previous agent and whatsapp saying they will

LIES

Now, I am supposed to get my rare LIVE plant on Monday after it sits in a hot warehouse for 3 days with no water or care

I am LIVID to say the least. Why cant I access my parcel ????????????????????????????????????????????
