RAM refuses to accept a drivers license
You wasting my time, your scanning app the drivers use, clearly says Greenbook ID, Passport or DRIVERS LICENSE. He refused to release my parcel because of I presented my driver license. A valid Drivers License is sufficient, why cant you scan it? I have logged a complaint with the company that is using you as a service, asking for a refund because the courier service they use has a broken app

We understand the frustration that comes with it however all the deliveries we have, we make them in accordance with the process we receive from the sending companies, as some parcel's do require us to Rica them for security reason's certain parcels we cannot accept driver's license. I am however happy that the matter got resolved and you have received the delivery today as arranged.
