Ram really is disappointing

Ordered a Rain LTE Sim card, which gets delivered by RAM. I tracked it as they said it will take 3-5 working days. Today is day 5 and the parcel has been at their Bellville branch for 52h not changing in status at all. Just received in Cape Town since 26 Feb at 05:44

I went and added 1 to my waybill number on their tracking service and found one that is Cape Town as well... Guess what. That person was contacted within hours, person didn't even answer because it was before 8 the morning...
