RAM- Poor service delivery

Ordered something from an ISP, received an SMS from RAM stating that delivery would take place on the 29th of April. I did not receive the parcel. I was told that someone tried calling, yet there is no missed call on my phone. The next day i was told exactly the same thing and AGAIN no call and no delivery. Tried calling several times but i am just put on hold every time. Even tried their online customer service and was told by 3 different agents that the parcel is out with the driver for delivery...

This is really bad customer service and the product i ordered is essential for me to work from home.
