Ram poor service delivery

I agree with one the people that wrote a review here. THEY ARE *****. Their communication with customers is very bad. On Saturday i had ordered a package from rain but because it was a weekend they dont work , i had expected to receive my parcel RAIN02-***8 on Tuesday but i didn't so around 3pm i wrote to Ram and told them my concerns . They then rep**** 2 hours later saying "The parcel will be delivered tomorrow." I had to refrain from going to school because i was told the parcel would come today (29 July) and i didn't know the exact time they will deliver. At 3pm i got an email saying it out for delivery , I waited for my parcel to come but i was waiting for nothing. If they couldn't deliver today they should have notified me , but instead they told me it will come. Missed a days worth of school and this is no time to miss school as we are already playing catchup and have to finish before trail exams. I further wrote them today, my Ticket Number is 199405 .They better make an effort to hand me my package. From the looks of it they will deliver tomorrow, but tomorrow (30 July) i wont be at home. They will have to call me and deliver it to wherever i am . Rain should terminate their contract with Ram and get Dawn wing or DHL. I AM NOT HAPPY
