Ram poor service

So disappointed with Ram. Sent a package about a month ago with Ram to get delivered to one of the Takealot DC's...my delivery was not booked and delivered for more than a month instead it sat at Rams warehouse until Takealot canceled my shipment because it was not delivered. I called Ram 3 times to query about my package but was put on hold every time for more than 15minutes...on the 4th try i was told there was an investigation into the package not being delivered. Now i see my package has been returned to my address. Lets put aside the bad seller rating I will get with Takealot, will Ram refund me for this failed delivery?
