RAM - poor service and not able to make a plan to rectify their non-conformance

Not good at all. Waited days for the delivery. No communication at all. Upon arriving there was an issue with the documentation. I requested that I be called when they get to my delivery location and if there are any concerns that I be called immediately. I am 3mins drive from where they were supposed to deliver. Now they have taken my parcel which I needed today, all the way back to Witbank. Unacceptable. This parcel should have been here 3 days ago.
